Return & Refund Policy:

At Smart Green Chargers, we strive to provide high-quality electric vehicle chargers and accessories. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been sold, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects Only

A product may be eligible for replacement only if:

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included
  • The product has not been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer

Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer refunds
  • We do not offer product exchanges
  • Eligible defective products will be replaced with the same model only, subject to availability

Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is fully responsible for delivering the defective product to our company warehouse
  • All shipping, delivery, and transportation costs are borne by the customer
  • We do not provide pickup services for returned items

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external causes
  • Products with physical damage, water damage, or electrical faults caused by improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products reported after the allowed reporting period

Inspection Process

All returned products will be inspected by our technical team.
If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be issued.
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
